“Adam was referred to us by a friend at the outset of our home search. He made himself available just 12 hours after we contacted him, and proceeded to show us the first couple houses of what turned out to be over 50 in the months to follow. We were first-time home buyers and Adam made us feel like we had already done this 5 times. His knowledge of the market, as well as his eye for a good investment and ability to look at a home and size up the cost of a project were invaluable; we ended up underpaying for a home with a few projects (putting in a few thousand dollars after closing and raising the value tens of thousands already!) rather than overpaying.
Adam’s approach and patience were much appreciated. By the end of the process, we thought of Adam as a friend not our agent. Adam gave us 110% and treated us like we were his only clients, though we know we weren’t. Two inches of water was pumped into our basement rather than outside. Within a couple hours, Adam showed up with a fan to help dry things out and went to work helping us remove the water and clean up the basement.
